Sanat Agrawal

Sanat Agrawal is a Managing Partner with SimplyFI. He is a seasoned investment banking and corporate finance professional with over 25 years of experience specializing in mergers & acquisitions, valuations, due diligence, strategic business planning and management consulting.

He is a trusted advisor to several companies in Bahrain and Saudi Arabia. He has project managed end to end, investment banking transactions working from buy side and sell side and has proven track record of successfully closing several M&A transactions. He led multimillion dollar valuation and investment projects across sectors including global telecommunications, oil & gas, power, financial services, manufacturing, chemicals & pharmaceuticals, real estate & retail. He has experience of working in Bahrain, India, Kuwait, and Qatar with exposure of transactions in the MENA, Europe and Asia.

Prior to founding SimplyFI Consulting, he served as Head of Advisory at Grant Thornton Bahrain. He has a wealth of experience in the industry, having worked with some of the biggest names in consulting, such as Deloitte, KPMG and Moore Stephens.
